Online Orientation, Registration and Sign-In

If you have not yet registered with the Hegi Family Career Development Center:
- 1. Watch the online orientation to receive your certificate and password (adjust your speaker volume to hear the voiceover).
- 2. Complete the Registration profile within MustangTRAK.
- 3. Search for jobs using Job Search and the On-Campus Interviewing Schedules.
Services
To utilize the services of the Hegi Family Career Development Center, you must be a SMU student or graduate of a bachelor's, master's or doctoral program at SMU. Students and graduates of the Cox School of Business MBA program and the Dedman College of Law are ineligible for services and are referred to the MBA Career Management Center or the Career Services Office. Students and alumni of certificate programs are not eligible for service.
On-Campus Interviews
If you are participating in the campus interview program, please read the policies and procedures related to the cancellation of, or worse – failure to appear at – a scheduled interview. Any cancellations received after 12:00 pm (noon) the business day before an interview date will be considered a "no-show." If you miss a scheduled interview, you are also considered a "no-show." Learn how to rectify the situation so that you do not lose your campus interview privileges by reviewing the policies and procedures.
